I've been bad and I've gained close to all I need to gain already with three months left to go. I really want to try for a VBAC this time and want to keep my weight in control and not risk having a too-large baby because I overate like a maniac. I know a lot of it is genetics, but I really can be eating a lot better. Yesterday I went out and bought a lot of fruits and veggies and I'm trying to stick to mostly meats (and other protiens), fruits, and veggies, and trying to have more healthy fats. I'm cutting out sweets and cutting down my intake of grains and limiting them to whole grains as much as possible. Wish me luck ... only three more months!!!
