Off Topic Rant..

WHY THE HECK DO MEN NEED ELECTRONICS TO BE SO FREAKIN COMPLICATED?! My husband is out of town and all I want to do is watch "In the Womb" on DVD and I cant figure out how to turn the flippin dvd player on. I have it on... I just cant get it to work. You have to turn on like 4 things (not counting the TV) to get it to work, I did all that and I still cant get it to come up. ERRRRRGGGGGHHHHH :angry5:

Okay, sorry, end of rant.

Oh I've had that problem before. It takes me a couple of tries before I figure it out. Good luck.

Haha, I remember at a friend's house you had to turn certain things on in a certain order to get the Wii to work. They had like 7 other electronics over there and I could never remember the order. Ever.

Hahahahaha! Ours is pretty bad (although I do know how to do it, I pity anyone who comes over to babysit or anything like that....and yes, totally DH's doing.)

My parents' set up is so bad (my dad is an electrical engineer...try to imagine the sheer amount of complication he puts into anything electrical....the horror!!!!) that he had to buy a special remote control for my mom that literally says "Watch TV" and you push one button and it flips through controls all of the settings that have to be set just right to watch TV. There is another button that says "Watch DVD" and it does the same, flips through and turns on all of the settings that have to be done to watch a DVD" and so on. The thing cost like $200 but it was the only way anyone else but my dad could ever use the TV or DVD if he wasn't there! LOL!!!!
