Thread: OMG 7 months!

I just realized that I am 7 months preggo this week.

I was thinking about that this morning. I was like..omg tomorrow I'll be 28 weeks pregnant. That's... OMG THATS 7 MONTHS!!

Wait.....how did that happen???? I mean, weren't we all just fining out we were pregnant?

I can't believe how quick its going!

I'm feeling the same way about being in my third trimester which starts tomorrow!!! I still only consider myself 6 months, since April is closer to 3 months away.

Joan, when I tell people I'm 7 months pregnant, they're like..omg you're due in two months! Then I'm like no, I'm due in three. Then they get confused...lol. I figure, 40 weeks is ten months, sorta...

Well, months are a little longer than 4 weeks so that's how I work it in my head, plus I like to think behind vs. ahead ... I don't know why, but it makes it feel like it goes by faster for me. I won't let myself say 7 months until I really only have two months left. Just one of the way my crazy brain works, lol.

LOL I had this EXACT conversation with DH. I figured myself to be 7 months pregnant at 28 weeks, since 28/4=7. I mentioned something to him about being "almost 7 months pregnant" when I was like 27.5 weeks, and he immediately said "I think you need to rethink your math - you're not '7 months pregnant' until the end of the 7th month, before that, you would be 6.5 months pregnant or whatever...You still have 3 months to go, so you're 6 months pregnant." Mr Smug Smarty Pants. I was like "Oh yeah? Because in a couple of days I'll be 28 weeks, and 28 weeks divided by 4 weeks in a month is what? What? FACED!" LOL Then I tried explaining that you're really pregnant for about 10 months, but I think he stopped listening.

Anyway, however you calculate it, Happy 7 Months Cristan and Jessica!

Alissa, your post made me LOL because that sounds like something I'd totally say to DH. "Oh yeah?? Well blahblahblahblah" HA! I WIN!
