Oh my gosh. I'm home today because of a snow storm, so I decided to finally try this prenatal yoga/pilates DVD I have. Yeesh! I am TIRED now! I think that would have tired me out even if I wasn't all big and pregnant. LOL It kind of inspires me to do it more often though - kind of like a challenge to get better at it. I was amazed though - one of those women looked AT LEAST as pregnant as me, and they seemed to have much less trouble navigating around their bellies. Like, folding in half at the waist and touching their toes....what?!? I can touch my toes when I'm not pregnant, but right now I have a freaking soccer ball in the way. How do they do that????
Anyone else doing prenatal exercise DVDs or classes?
I think I'm going to go take a nap now.
