I lived in Chicago for 2 years. I lived in the city, Lakeview/Boystown/Wrigleyville area. I miss the city, but not the weather. Brr...just cold thinking about it.
I would trade you places Elizabeth...got a couple of inches of snow over night and it's been cold...single digits the last couple of days with below zero readings for wind chills. I am so over this weather and we've had an extremely easy winter so far. Ready for some warmth! Told the hubby it was time to start looking at the warm states for jobs. :)
The beach does sound nice and so does a cruise but I love the mountains I'd say somewhere in the mountains where you can go on a hike and swim in a lake with no alligators or sharks lol eeeek
