Anyone's little ones going through a sleep regression. Henry used to have a predictable nighttime sleep starting at 6 weeks he would get his bath at 7:30, I would nurse him, we would read a book and he was out by 8:30 at the latest and wouldn't wake up until 3 or 4am, and a couple of times he slept until 5am.
Well, this whole week, with the exception of Monday night, Henry has been waking at 1, 3, 5 or 2, 4 and 6. I am one tired momma. He also has been hard to get down at night. We put him to bed and then 30-45 minutes later he wakes up. And sometimes he will do that twice, making the whole bedtime process last from 7:30 to 9:30.
I am hoping its a growth spurt and we get back on schedule soon. I have a terrible cold and being sleep deprived is not helping.
Any suggestions on how to get him to sleep longer?
