So for the last several weeks, my knees have been giving me trouble. But I feel like my right knee is just getting worse. First of all, it hurts pretty much all of the time now, and second of all, I feel like that leg is now all weak and wobbly when I try to bend it. I'm thinking I'm going to have to suck it up and go to the doctor. I don't wanna!!!! I keep telling myself that it's just the pregnancy, and it probably is, but I'm starting to wonder if I need a knee brace or something. Eeek, I feel so freaking old and out of shape. LOL

I'm sorry your knees are giving you trouble! As if you didn't have enough to deal with while being pregnant! Have you tried wrapping it or getting a knee brace from the store? That might help a little, but I would definately go to the dr if it keeps up or gets worse. Knee problems are a pain!!
Ohhh...a bad knee is something you really need to try to get fixed. Especially pregnant. When you get farther along, what if you're walking and it gives out? I'm not trying to scare you... okay, yes I am. Carry your @ss to the doctor! LOL
My laundry room is down a few steps from the kitchen.... everytime I walk down those steps my left knee sounds like a tearing piece of cloth. No pain, just a not-so-great sounding noise. So, I'm watching mine because with a noise like that, I have to expect pain soon.
I tore my ACL last year, went to the doc and I didnt tear it enough to require surgey. But it hurt so bad that I was limping in agony. So the doc told me to wear a knee brace for months and not do any bending. I did lots of ice too. And eventually I worked my way up to strengthening it with yoga. I still dont feel 100%. Unfortunately if its a joint thing or pulled tendon doctors cant do much for knees that dont require surgery. They might try to give you pain/arthriitis meds and will probably recommend physical therpy...unless its a cyst or something.

I have an appointment for 9:30 on Friday with my GP. Elizabeth, I'm kind of thinking what you are saying, there may not be much they can do. But I guess it doesn't hurt to ask.
I went to the dr today, and she thinks I have Runners Knee! Not that I've been running since I've been pregnant. But I have been trying to walk a total of about an hour a day, and she said that combined with my ligaments and tendons stretching because of pregnancy and my changing center of balance have just messed up the tendons or ligaments in my knee.
She suggested elevating and icing it when it hurts, and also cut out the walking for something lower impact like an exercise bike, except that I don't have an exercise bike....*pouts* I do have a pre-natal yoga DVD that I've been meaning to try, so maybe I'll do that some days instead of walking. I just don't want to let myself get totally out of shape.
