Icing and keeping it elevated will def help. Maybe just give it a quick break and then go back to walking. A few weeks after I tore my ACL I went to Thailand for my honeymoon and walked a bunch and even climbed some amazing stairs. I'd say the walking and the playing in the ocean helped me!
Which prenatal yoga video did you get? I have like 5 passes left on my yoga card and they offer prenatal...but its so freaking hard. The preggers would go to my classes and be in the hardest poses. I'm too intimidated to return right now. Maybe if I started with a video. Well let me know if you like yours and I might buy it.
I won the DVD from PO last year and have never done it. I have to dig it out, but I think I'm going to do that today. I'll let you know the name and if I like it.

Glad it is nothing serious!! Buy some ice packs that you can keep in the freezer and elevate it at night like she said and hopefully it won't become a bigger problem later on.
