Any other April Mommies runners? Curious what everyone is doing for their workout routines during their pregnancy. I used to do triathlons but had taken a break before this pregnancy, so I've decided not to do any biking while I'm pregnant-my body is still conditioned for it so that part doesn't concern me, but we recently moved and I don't know these roads well enough to feel safe. It's too easy to fall off of a road bike! I am continuing regular exercise tho-nothing major at ALL, but some heavy walking and very light jogging. I feel so much better when I'm working out, and I know it can help with delivery, too. With dd I was taking a lot of dance classes during my first trimester but eased off towards the end of my pregnancy. What does everyone else enjoy doing?
