    Default Contractions!

Anyone else starting to deal with contractions? I am guessing they are just BH, but they're definitely worse this time around than they were in my first pregnancy! I experienced the tightening before, but not to this extent and not with the cramping. I pretty much get them every evening. I'm guessing toting around a 27 pound baby boy all day might have something to do with it tho

My baby girl is also super active, which I am LOVING, but I literally jump from her kicks sometimes! It's a feeling that never gets old though, and I'm always in amazement that there is an active life inside of me. What a blessing!

I've had some BH contractions today. They suck. I have 3 little kids at home and it's hard to just sit down. My 1 year old is especially challenging because he is into everything right now. Still have 3 more months of this! I hope it passes quickly!

It's funny-when I say three more months it sounds like a long ways away, but when I say "only 12 weeks" I kind if freak out about how soon that seems! LOL

Oh yes. I have been feeling BH for a couple months now. Which is WAY earlier than with my other two. My mother (who has six children) says that she felt them earlier and earlier with each subsequent pregnancy. I jokingly asked her if that's how she found out she was pregnant with my youngest sibling... hehe. They have been getting increasingly tighter over the past month though and - I agree - it's been so hard to find time to sit down and relax through them, even though standing isn't really an option when I am getting BH lol.

Yay!! 12 more weeks does sound better than three months! ^_^ I think I will start saying that now instead. We are definitely in the home stretch gals!

I had an appt today and asked about them. They told me it sounded like I probably wasn't drinking enough water and shoukd be getting 96 oz a day! What??! I'm not sure where that number comes from (I've heard to drink half your weight in water, but I don't weigh 96x2.). I'm a slow drinker, but I do keep water close at hand pretty much all day. I'm gonna try to be even more intentional with it tho and see if it helps.

Holy crap! I cannot drink 80 oz of water a day... I would drown. I don't drink much to begin with. Never have my whole life. Wow.
