    Default Oh sweet relief!

Praise God, the bleeding stopped yesterday. No pink or anything. AND I got the results of my bloodwork in this morning... looks like the hCG levels are within normal limits for 6-7 weeks. Which is about 2 weeks further along than I thought! The relief is overwhelming. I know we are not totally in the clear yet, but oh man I am so happy for this reassurance. I could just cry right now

That's odd. But yeah, if there was anything off they definitely would let you know by now. I actually didn't even have my first appt yet. I just called my regular gyn and had her send an outreach lab a requisition form for bloodwork because I was worried about the bleeding.

First thing the tech says when I asked about the results "yep - looks like you are definitely pregnant." Well duh lol! I knew that ^_^ I had to specifically ask for the numbers and the estimated progression. You may have to see if you can get them to give that to you over the phone. They may just figure you don't want that info.

I thought it was strange too.. they called me a hundred times for my " normal" pap results last month lol.. I had more blood things checked than just my numbers .. she wanted to check my thyroid and they did the hiv screening .. Owell!

so they just called .. so much for good news lol my urine showed " contamination" which they think is from the wet wipe they make you use if they know that happens Wtf do they make you use them.. and my tyroid levels were elevated so now I need more in-depth blood work .. ugh

Oh dear :P Yeah that seems silly to me. It seems there might be less contamination if you just pee straight up without a wet wipe. Ugh, I'm sorry you have to have more bloodwork done. That's no fun. But at least it seems that they had nothing negative to say about your hCG or baby's size or anything like that, so that's great.
