Our youngest is all about having birthday parties for his stuffed animals. My husband is a big kid so he is game anytime there is a party. So we started out by having a party for Monkey. We decided to give the boys a gift. It kinda went crazy wrong! We made the boys a "tool belt" full of baby stuff, diapers, wipes, bottle, paci, wash cloth etc. And we put it in a bag and gave it to them to open. They thought it was sooooo cool and started trying to feed and diaper the monkey!! It took a while to make them understand that wasn't for the stuffed animals but for a baby. They left the table still really unsure of what actually took place and a little later it hit them and I wish the camera had been rolling then!!! So we sat them down after it sunk in and let them record a new video. We used that as our announcement.
LOL! That is such a cute video! I would get it in writing that your son will "clean its booty" though! What cute boys! They really are pulling for a sister aren't they. My 6 year old wants a little sister too. What a cute announcement. I didn't do much for mine - I just recorded the heartbeat and put it up on facebook for people to guess what it meant haha.
That is my favorite part of the video!! I crack up every time I watch it. And I am not even going to think he is going to help with diaper changes. He gags at EVERYTHING!! But he will see to it baby is fed...as long as its a girl. I have already been ask how we can send baby back if it's a boy and my youngest told me that he will take care of baby as long as it's a girl but if it's a boy I'm on my own! Do you think they want a girl?!?!

That is hilarious! The things they come up with! ^_^
Rowan (my six year old) is telling me that his new little sister will inherit his pellet gun when she turns six and that I had better do a good job teaching her words because Cole (his 3 year old brother) isn't good at them and he desn't think I did it right the first time haha. He said he'll help me. What a relief. Kids lol.
