Septate Uterus? (xp)

I was wondering if anyone here has been diagnosed with a septate uterus. I've been diagnosed with this and am going to have surgery to remove it in November. if you have had this surgery- how long did it take you to recover? Were you able to get pregnant after the surgery? Care to share your experience? I'd love to hear any experiences anyone has had with this!

I was diagnosed with septate uterus after 2 miscarriages- I stopped TTC in Oct 06 because of my losses and the high risk of M/C with the septum. I had a HSG done in late January to check on it right before I scheduled surgery to remove it (which I was going to do in March/April) but unexpectedly got pregnant in Feb (and am due in Nov!).

At this point I'm not sure I'll have surgery to remove it, although it didnt seem very risky and I read a lot about the successes of doing it.
