Sorry I've been MIA

I'm sorry that the hotseat has fallen by the wayside. Hopefully I can get it back up in the next week or so. My grandpa passed away yesterday. He had been in the hospital for the last three weeks so I've been a little out of sorts.

Hopefully things will straighten out soon. It has been a trying time ever since Jan. 2006 with TTC and the death of two of my grandparents. Hopefully things settle down soon.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandparents, especially your grandfather just passing. I can empathize with what you're going through. I lost my sister then my grandma 20 days apart from each other last November, both unexpectedly. Take all the time you need....

Thanks ladies.

The funeral was pretty hard and the graveside rites were even harder especially when my cousin presented my uncle with the flag from my grandfather's casket in honor of his military service. We all lost it at that point.

But I'm back to work now and trying to work my way through what piled up while I was gone. Hopefully I'll be back in the game sometime this week.

Oh and as if last week wasn't bad enough, AF decided to come visit on Friday morning. :(
