Some of you know me and some of you might not. But I thought this was a good idea for you get to know me and the other hosts.

My name is Kelly and I've been married to my DH (Kevin) for almsot 7 years. We've been TTCing since for three years this month. In that time I've been diagnosed with PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome), gotten pregnant, had a m/c and been through just about every type of testing and drug combos.

I know there are bad moments when it all seems hopeless, when it seems like giving up the TTC trial would be the best choice. But at the same time I know that there is hope and there is a lot of success stories out there.

So, if we can ever help you - please post. Maybe you just want to vent and have someone listen. That's okay. Or you might have a specific question about others handle the stress or emotional trauma of TTC. That's cool too.

Hi!!!

I am Kelley and have been married to my dh Darron for 16 years. We have three children and have always wanted four but each pregnancy I have had has pretty much been a miracle!!

I was diagnosed with cervical cancer Feb. 14, 1988 and had three boughts with it and became the victor in 1993.

I have had over 12 m/c and understand the stress of ttc and the disappointments that accompany the journey of ttc.

I to like Kelly am available to listen to your concerns and will be as comforting as I can. If you have any questions please PM me as well, we are all here for each other.

My name is stacie (makalia is my middle name if you were wondering! LOL) and my DH is paul we have been TTC since October 97! Bloody long time! as you can tell from the acsent i am british! and spend the majority of my time consuming tea!
My ttc story is long and boring so if you get the the end well done!!
In Oct 97 me and paul had been together for a year and decided we wanted a baby so we TTC for about a year then i got sick with IBS we still TTC but the stress was really bad for me i didnt have anything else in my life as i worked as a waitress and although i enjoyed the job it didnt fill my mind enough so TTC kind of filled in all the gaps and made me crazy
we were supposed to get married in the May 98 but we cancelled due to the IBS and stress business i was a state! and even though i call paul my DH we still havent got round to getting hitched!
Anyway then i decided to keep ttc but fill some time with a degree in chemistry which was great until i fell over in 2001 and i have been at home ever since due to a fracture in my back and bilateral sciatica... So now i am studying with the open university (distance learning) to bump up my credits until i can get back to uni! I also have just recently had an CIN2 smear result which isnt great news but its not the worst either! it just means i cant TTC for a little while! The reason i mention all of this is that i havent really had any infertility treatment besides a few blood tests which came back fine because if it isnt one thing its another! Hopefully i will be able to get some testing done soon after the colposcopy is done!

Hey Ladies,

What a great BOARD!!!!! My hubby and I have been TTC #1 for 4 years. It has been a horrible 4 years but for the last 3 months I have been kinda at peace with the TTC thing, I am taking some major ME time!!! I am sending you all lots of positive vibes and I hope that all of your TTC days are over soon!!!!!
