Lurker intro

Hi everyone! My name is Kris, and I've been lurking PO boards for quite a while now. I'm 32, and DH and I have been TTC since Sept 06. We were just referred to an RE last month, and it looks like we're headed for IUI soon since I have hostile mucus and immature follicles. I've been following a lot of girls' stories on these boards, and everyone is so helpful and supportive. I'd like to help this board get a little more action since it's kinda slow. I guess when you've been TTC for so long, there's not as much new to say. ;)

I had my consultation with the RE a couple weeks ago. There are 2 doctors in the practice, and I like both of them a lot. They wanted to run through the basic tests again like bloodwork, post-coital. I had brought 12 months worths of BBT charts with me, so it made me laugh when the nurse told me they wanted me to start charting my temps and using OPKs. She asked me if I knew how to use them! :)

I'm so glad for you that you like both the docs! Yay! That is pretty funny that the nurse said she wanted you to start charting. She must've been impressed with all the charting you had!
