Hey, thanks for starting up these threads! It seemed to work really well on the July board.

If I get preg this cycle, my EDD will be Aug. 23. I have a really long follicular phase, so I won't even O until about CD 26. Ugh! :rolleyes: It's going to be a long wait! I'm planning to test on Dec. 12. (It seems soooo far away!)

If i get pregnant this cycle I would be due sometime after the 20th. I'm waiting to see what goes on with my body and hopefully I'll O!

I am here now too--my EDD would also be the 23rd. My birthday is the 20th of August, so come on birthday baby! I am on Clomid and will be having another IUI this cycle. We have been trying since my daughter turned one. I did conceive in August after 2 IUIs, but lost the pregnancy in September. :( I just had one more unsuccessful IUI.

~Sometimes I wish that could be a shorter story--don't even get me started on my daughter's conception! (but, it could be worse, so I can't whine too much)

We should have some more people joining in soon!

My EDD should be August 24th.... I tend to be pretty consistent with o'ing around day 14. Not a whole lot to chat about right now, AF's just starting. While I hate that she comes, sometimes it's a relief because the 2ww is really stressful for me. I think it'll go by faster this time because of all the holidays so that's nice.

I have to figure out if we will try an IUI this month, or even if I should use clomid. I havn't used it in a few months, want to try again but its a tough time with work to properly time an IUI. I'm not sure If i'm ready to have that stress right now.

Deb--I know what you mean about scheduling--KUP on what you decide to do. Plus, Clomid gives me horrible headaches--I thought my head would explode today.

My OB mentioned doing another HSG since I conceived Savannah after one--but it was really painful for me (I have worse memories of the pain from that than her birth)--so I am not looking forward to it. We'll see what he decides.

How is everyone doing? I am royaly confused by my chart...while away my temps skyrocketed...and I'm not sure why (other than possibly because I have been fighting a minor infection)...Oing that early would be extremely strange for me.

I was on the begining of the month list, but now I am here. If we are sucessful this month my EDD is the 29th. This is only my second month trying and there was so much I didn't know that I could have been doing to better our chances. Hopefully that additional knowledge combined with a little luck with giive me a BFP around the 18th of December, what a great early Christmas girft that would be!

Ok girls it looks like i will O before Friday this cycle. I tested with $tree OPK and it was negative lighter then my Internet OPK which is negative also not quite dark enough. I'm so glad i will O before Friday. :yahoo: I think! :argh: I such negative person I can help it i always expect the worse. It like I have to prepare myself for let down :crazy:

Thanks for asking about me, ladies! My appt went well, I had 2 good follies on the right side--one was 23 and one was 21. I had my trigger shot a few minutes ago and have my IUI on Wednesday!

OT--I had to squeeze in a visit with my daughter's ped tonight though--she has pinkeye and a double ear infection--poor thing!

Hi, I am coming from the july board after an early m/c but the dr said it shouldn't be a problem if we conceive this month. So we are bd'ing this week and I will test probably the 9th of dec which I think will be 10 or 11 days po. but i might wait it out.. if we succeed I willl be due 8-22 i beileve? we'll see. gl to all!

Hello everyone! Looks like everyone is going to be busy this week and weekend!

My update? We ended up not BDing lastnight...DH was exhausted and I've learned my lesson about trying to force it...
Anyway...I still had tons of ewcm today so we DTD. I'm going to keep temping just because...but I'm not going to pay attention to it...I'm also not going to do OPK's and just pay attention to my CM OR just bd every other day from now until AF arrives.

For some reason...even though DH is aware of my crazy temps and that I have no idea when I'm going to O or if I have O'd already...he informed me tonight that this cycle is the cycle that we are getting pregnant. I wanted to tell him...don't get your hopes up but I decided not to burst his bubble..it was cute.

I now have a new theory about my high temps...I have been taking one benedryl tablet before bed because over the holidays I can't always control when I might eat wheat and I'm allergic..so I'm wondering if that is affecting my temps and warming up my body? Or if I sleep with my mouth closed because my nose is clear? I'm grasping at straws here. But, I analyze, question, and self diagnose...that's what I do.

FF gave me cross hairs yesterday and took them away today, so I have no clue what's going on. My temps are all over the place because I've been travelling to different time zones and temping at random times. It's kind of disappointing thinking that you're already 5 DPO and then finding out that you probably haven't even O'd at all yet! I haven't had much CM this cycle and all of my OPKs come back -. I have a bad feeling that I'm not Oing at all this time. I hope I'm wrong. My cycles are really long (39 days) so the idea of wasting an entire cycle is really depressing! I was really hoping to get preg. by the end of the year. But 2007 has been a crappy year overall for me anyway, so it probably won't happen. I hope I have better luck in 2008!

Darci...just looked at your chart and noticed a +opk for today. Is that right? That would be great!!!!

So I removed a questionable temp and FF took away my crosshairs...which is fine with me since I'm not paying attention to my temps anyway. If I were to just go by feeling I would say I O'd either yesterday or the day before...but we aren't going to stop BDing everyother day until I am on CD23 or when EWCM dries up. I still have some today (not as much as yesterday) so we'll BD again tonight. Don't y'all just love knowing my sex schedule?

**don't know if this has anything to do with anything but I was SUPER emotional yesterday. I even sat through a conversation with my boss and co-workers with tears streaming down my face...so wierd! We just had this rational "lets figure this out" conversation with tears. Then I watched this super sweet love story movie last night and just lost it!!! I get teary with love stories but NOT that much!
Do you guys get super emotional around O time? Or is it just me. It seems to be tears around O and just before AF.

Yes! +OPK today! Hooray! I'm still confused about why I don't have nearly as much CM as usual, but the +OPK is very encouraging!

I'll admit I'm getting discouraged, it feels like we've been trying forever and I'm eternally surrounded by pregnant people. Both of my jobs there are at least two people pregnant, not to mention every night when I leave there's all these pregnant women walking in for their breathing classes.... I end up with the pregnant waitresses, the pregnant women in front of me in the line... seriously I'm being haunted this week!

This is so exciting that we're all about to enter the 2ww at the same time! It's so nice to have other people to obsess with! From all of the +OPKs lately, it sounds like we'll all be getting our x-hairs within the next couple of days! I'm pretty sure I'm 2 DPO but seeing those "official" x-hairs will sure be nice! Just wanted to pop in with an update on me. Follie scan this morning showed 19 follicles and the RE is hoping to retrieve at least 10 eggs. My E2 is ~2000 so I will stim tonight, trigger tomorrow and my egg retrieval will be Tuesday.

Kati- It is possible to miss you LH surge even if you use the OPK every day. I agree that you probably haven't O'd yet. I'll keep my fingers crossed that your temp spike comes soon!

FYI - I read that you're most likely to catch your LH surge with an OPK between 11:00 am -3:00 pm and that you're least likely to catch your LH surge if you test between 5 - 8 am. The second best time to test, according to the book, is 5 - 10 pm.

I think I'm going to start testing at 10 dpo but i do have 4 free IC maybe i can use them before then just to get through the 2ww but I really don't trust them I seen evaporated line from some poster in the past that said that what it was. Does anyone here use them? If so what do you think of IC good or bad?

Im new to the August board. I was in July but had a chemical pregnancy so now Im here. I skipped a month in between because Oct/November was a hard month for me. I want to stay on the Aug board!!!! I will be testing Dec. 17 no earlier than the 15th. I had symptoms very early with the first one in Oct. 4-5 DPO I knew I was pregnant. Good luck to all the Aug hopefuls and I look forward to seeing more positives!!

Kim- thanks for asking. I"ve been so sick, was before the IUI with a cold/flu. Mornings are the worst, caughing etc. I stayed home today tucked in and warm. I'm hoping it passes soon so it doesn't ruin any chances, at least i'm not fevered so I dont think being sick will prevent any bfp's.

Sharon- i've got three hpt's so i'll prob test 8dpo, 10 and 12 dpo.I get an automatic bpt at 14dpo. I"m an addict so i'll test early.

Kati- I know all about it, my dh has suffered from "performance anxiety" in the past. IT is much better now, and if there is ever a time where its difficult for him to finish, I just roll over :lol: job done :lol:

Erica- I get so emotional around O, its similar to pms. DH and I fight almost every O time, and have for two years. IT sucks when you are mad but its baby making time. At least with charting I Know there is reason behind our fights and its not because our marriage sucks...... HANg in there

Perkyblue- I was sick as a dog. One of my co-workers opened up a can of Pringles and I was so nausated. I had breast tenderness just days after conception, temp spiked to 99 and stayed there for days. I can always eat and when I can't even hold water, I knew I was pg. Good luck to you!

Finally!!! It looks like I'm going to O tommorow! I haven't taken an opk yet, but I'm sure it would be positive because I only get EWCM like this the day or so before O. So now to just encourage the BD'ing...

I worry about DH not wanting to, I know he'd try if I said why.... although I'm sure he'll figure it out because he knows I didn't ovulate.... I think it just puts unneeded stress on him so I was going to try and not tell him. OMG I am just sooooooo antsy today! I'm only 5 dpo and those 5 days went fast, but i'm not even to the half way point yet in the 2ww. I'm going to test on Saturday, which is pretty stupid since I'll only be at 9 DPO, but I'm justifying it by saying that I want to support Saturday's POAS party, I have found a few charts on FF where people got BFPs at 8 or 9 DPO, and I have IC's to use so I'm not wasting much money!

ETA: Sharon, what looks bad on your chart? It looks ideal to me! Your temp, CM, and OPK all correlate and you BD'd on O-2, O-1, and O day! I think it looks great!

Like I told you, i love testing early, yesterday was one day too early even for me but i partied by myself today. BFN, snow white, I WAS squinting to see if I could see something that wasn't there. Hmmmm, i'm going to pull it out of the garbage to see if at least I can see an evap line to tie me over.

This has never happened like this before. I had a anno cycle coming off BCP in August, but this is so much different. I have literally had EWCM for almost a week now. Normally it's two days of EWCM and then O. I'm pretty frustrated. I'm to the point where I wanna say fine forget it this month. I suppose if I don't have a temp rise tommorow, we'll BD again. The only thing I can think of is that I'm o'ing from the left, and it's not used to it. I'm not really stressed or anything, so I can't figure it out. I mean I'm frustrated about it, but it's not like I think about it every second. In fact I had a busy week, so I didn't really focus on it. It's definately odd.

Well girls I think I'm out. And if i was pregnant i would think I would have a + by now. I took a FRER this morning BFN and since I O on cd 13 the :witch: should come Dec. 13th

I havn't thought much about how i'd tell dh this time if we get a bfp. maybe I should think of some ideas since dh will be gone to work by the time i test.

OH MY GOD!!! So I tested at 10 dpo with a FRER... snow white BFN. I tested this morning (11dpo) with an IC because i "wasn't feeling it" and didn't want to waste the good ones... snow white BFN. I was diappointed but went on with my day feeling normal and decided to have a glass of wine before dinner just because I was SO SURE! Well about half way through the glass I start feeling sick, and DH is making dinner and the smell was sooooo horendous I ended up throwing up and feeling miserable. I go to bed early to try and escape the nausea and wake up about a half hour ago (11:30 pm) in a major panic attack and pretty much convinced myself I was dying (it's been known to happen from time to time) so I try to think about what would make me feel better! Naturally POAS! Much to my surprise... it was a BFP! All I can say is that I am FREAKING OUT! I didn't actually think I'd get pregnant again so soon after my loss!

I am 11dpo today and af is due Friday or Saturday. I of course took one of my trusty (not) $ stores and got another faint line grrrrr I say this as this has happened to often in the past and end up with AF in the end.

BUT, this time it just seemed different...it came up way quicker at about 4 min and was a "thick" line and even stayed AFTER the test dried. Usually if I get some sore of line they always disappear after the test has dried

Ugh, I had a huge temp drop this morning...I'm not having a good feeling about this month. I'm starting to get really discouraged :( I'm only 10DPO but my luteal phase has gone anywhere from 10-14 days since we started TTC, so it wouldn't be a complete surprise if AF was getting ready to show up.

I tested with Equate this morning anyway, BFN. Of course after I took the test I read on the box that it says can be used as early as the first day of missed period. I got my BFP at 10DPO with my son using an Equate, so that surprised me.

I took my final fre this morning and I again see a faint, faint faint line! To be honest I am trying NOT to see it as this is just stressfull. It is not really pink but you can see a line where the line should be - and I noticed it with in the first 3 minutes.

So now all this means is that I have to go out and BUY MORE TESTS!! I would love to go to the dollar store but it is too far away and i think the lady there thinks I am nuts as I go in there every month and buy like 12 to 15 tests :eek:

I used my frer and got a snow white window,,, not even an evap. i guess that means i'm out. I'm going to be very depressed when af arrives. MY temp went up today, my boobs got LESS sensitive and the pressure in my uterus is still there.
I got a blood pregnancy test today, get the results tomorrow.
WHat is it going to take for me to get pregnant and then have a sticky bean????? I wish someone would tell me. I really don't see myself going to IVF. Both me and dh are tested as "normal". SIGH
I think DH know's im' not pregnant too, today he brought flowers home saying he knows i'm feeling sad about baby. THAts just it. ITs like i'm mourning a real baby, but its just a "cycle". Not to us hey ladies? Every month is like a chance at a real baby, we love it already etc.....

If af arrives, im going to have a nice two weeks with dsd visiting from eastern CAnada, eat lots of good stuff, spoil the kids, then i'm going to do something for me. Join WeightWAtchers. I have 35 LBS to loose, I could do a little more but 35 would make me really happy. I Have to do something. I just need a break from Clomid and to loose some weight. I"M scared. I don't know if I can do it, well I know if I tried I could do it but i'm scared of failing......

Great, now i'm crying. I wish for so much...... i'm just so sad

Well, my temp went back up this morning :yahoo: I dug up the chart that I had when I got a BFP with my son, and it looks almost exactly like the one I have going now...just a day or 2 off on where the temps are at on the chart. I hope it's a good sign!

I"m out. I didnt think i'd have to say this again but there it is. Got my bpt back, negative. I have an appt with the RE on tuesday. I told the nurse, maybe i shouldn't bother coming in, she said I should because the dr will probably want to start a new treatment option for you.

DAMMMMMMMMMMnation.
SO i'm going to the appt. AF hasn't started yet. THis will be a weekend self-pity party for me.

Hope everyone waiting gets a bfp. Oh and next cycle we are going natural.

As I said earlier, I was going to be cautious about it because of the chemical pregnancy I had in October and I think it happened again. I tested negative tonight and then I started spotting heavier tonight so I pretty sure Im out. Durn it! Im going to take a break and maybe try again in January. HH9M to all and good luck!
