I'll start:
Pre-Pregnancy weight: 125
Starting weight(what you weight right now)147
Goal Weight: 125
BMI: 26.9(Overweight)
Height 5'2

What you are going to do to loose weight: Eat less sweets and try to get up to running 3 miles.

Also in this sticky thread we can put down what we have eaten for the day for some accountability.

breakfast: south beach diet protein bar and water

lunch: a chicken tuscan sandwhich from arby's and raspberry ice tea

snack: saltines with peanut butter

snack: small bowel of marshmellow maties

dinner: chicken nuggets and tator tots (BAD GIRL)

dessert: homemade banana split(VERY BAD GIRL)

Starting weight: 147
Goal: 129
Bmi: 26 (overweight)

What you are going to do to loose weight: Walking 3-4 times a week, drinking tons of water, hanging up last seasons spring clothes I never wore for inspiration!

Today I have eaten cereal and banana for bkfst, ham sandwich with apple for lunch, two glasses of water. Thank goodness I don't have chocolate in the house!!!

What you are going to do to loose weight: no junk the only thing i eat when i want something is chex mix.. im addicted! okay but i do have a piece of chocolate at least once a week... workout.. crunches... walking...my ddr game..you really sweat from that dam game!

I wanted to add that I will probably only post my weight once a week, on Mondays on here. That is the day I weigh myself, I have to force myself not to weigh everyday!!
But I will post on here when I am feeling weak. It is Girl Scout cookie season ya know!

While it's partly a weight thing (i.e., to get down to 120 lbs), it's also a body tone-up thing (i.e., to get my waist and hips back to where they were). Ironically, I sort of fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes fairly well (just a little snug around the waist), but I can't get into my custom made dresses because my breasts are now too big!

How am I expecting to lose weight with eating chicken nuggets with tator tots for dinner and then a banana split for dessert...SERIOUSLY! :shock:

okay for today:
breakfast: 1 bowl raisin bran
snack:granola bar
water
lunch:chicken cesear salad
snack: saltines with peanut butter
2 cinnamon hard candies

last night was crazy so I couldn't get my before and after pics...but i will tonight or over this weekend for SURE!

be good today ladies...don't be like me and eat BANANA SPLITS! (or oreos :roll: )

I go to the gym 2 days a week and use the elliptical trainer for 30-40 minutes and low resistance weight training for 15-20 minutes.

I also walk 2-3 days a week for approximately 45 minutes to an hour pusing a stroller or wearing my child.

I have been at a weight standstill, I havent lost anything for 2 weeks. Something has gotta give.

What you are going to do to loose weight: Eat right. Its mostly TONE that I want to improve more than weight. I use to have perfect flat abs and great arms. Now I am flab.

To eat today - one taco, homemade, no sour cream or salsa. A pack of Peanut butter M&Ms, two sodas.

I use to eat like this with no problem!!! That is what is so hard. I need to drink more water too, last time I started drinking 60oz a day, I lost like 15 lbs.

I didn't work out at ALL this week. I thought for sure i would be up a few lbs...but to my surprise I lost!

what i idid: ate a lot more healthy and didn't snack on junk food (as much) :)

Plan for this week: I'll try and actually do my plan for last week which was tae bo 3 times this week..

Well I just calculated my BMI and according to the chart I'm in the normal weight category. Guess they haven't seen me in the nude. The flab on my tummy and hips is enough to make me spend swimsuit season indoors. So I don't need to drop the pounds I need to tone it all up.

So far I'm trying to eat healthy. The weather is freezing out there so only can exercise indoors.

I haven't worked out for 2 weeks straight. I keep saying that I'm going to work out 3 times this week...blah blah..but I haven't gotten off my lazy a$$ for 2 whole weeks!!! My husband even got me an MP3 player so I can listen to music when I go jogging.

okay okay...THIS WEEK I'm going to go joggin at least once (I'll put my goal a little lower to see if I can acheive it!!)

Goal for this week: I'm running 5 milkes (more like jogging) in a breast cancer run so that will be a GOOD workout. I would also like to push myself to workout at home 2 times this week.

Okay, I got lazy, and my weight jumped back and forth b/w 160-163. I got back on track and I am doing some slim fast to help b/c usually i skip breakfast and then I am starving when i get to work and snack snack snack. So, I figured it would actually help me regulate calories. So I've lost two pounds from my original starting weight in about a week. I have been walking with Abby in the evenings.

What you are going to do to loose weight: I joined a gym so I'm trying to go 2-3 times a week...so far this week I've only been once but I hope to go today or tomorrow....
for me it's not really to lose weight, it's to get in shape and to get my tummy back to pre-pregnancy belly....gonna be hard since I had a c-section

WHAT YOU WILL DO TO TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT: exercise. keep taking my Metformin to control my insulin. (Stupid PCOS). Eat less carbs/sweets. Drink more water.

TODAY-BREAKFAST: Coffee and a rugalach.
TODAY-LUNCH: 1/2 spicy chicken wrap, diet coke.
TODAY-DINNER:Gorgonzola salad, broccoli pasta, diet coke.
SNACKS: Diet lemonade from Chic-fil-A.

NOTES: It's terrible to think that I had gained so much weight. When I graduated highschool, I was 5'11" and weighed 135lbs. Now, I am 5 yrs older and weigh almost 50lbs more. I didn't get diagnosed with PCOS til last yr. So, those of you who have PCOS, I know EXACTLY what you are going through, and if you want someone with the same condition to relate to during this... I am here. God knows I wanna shed the pounds too. Good luck mommies!

Sorry.. forgot to add BMI: For height 5ft11" and weighing 178lbs, my BMI is 24.8. Which is says is "Normal". I don't consider it normal. They'd have to see me, and re-assess their classification. Really, I don't feel too overweight, but my boobs got big, now they are just like, saggy and I have all this fat under my chin making it look like my neck connects directly to my face. No chin. Anyone have somethin like that? I hate it.

Total Weight loss/gain= gained 1... i think it has to do with this birth control cause iv been going to the gym about 4x a week and not eating anything different... the dr said i some people gain about 5lbs a year... i think m going to switch to something else in july... see how it goes though

Yea!!! In Wednesday I started South Beach. I weighed myself on friday and I am down 2lbs. I hope this keep up. Now I am exactly at 200lbs.

I started working out at lunch here at work. I was doing really great, but this week I haven't done a thing except work in the yard yesterday. This is a busy week with my two older kids getting out of school. My daughter "graduates" from 5th grade today and I have family coming in today. My two older kids go to stay with my aunt for 2 weeks every summer and they will be leaving this Thrusday....so I hope to get in a few cardio tapes when the little one takes a nap in the afternoon.

Food:

BF - 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 2 pieces veggie cheese, 2 pieces candian bacon (toasted)

Lunch - Salad (I have this cup (well it looks like a large cup) that you put a salad in and the top you put dressing in. I measure out 1 tbls dressing and then you press the top and the dressing mixes into the salad. Now normally 1 tbls dressing is enough to make me mad, but this cup lets you shake it up and all the leaves seem to get covered with dressing. (TMI)

Snack - 10 salted almonds (OMG YUMMY) and a palm full of dried cranberries.

The above meals stay about the same when I'm at work....here's where I get killed
Dinner - it could be anything from lasagna, bugers, mexcian food. Of course, last night I had turkey jerky because I wasn't hungry.

weird...a few weeks ago i was at the gyno cause i thought something was going on..and i was 7lbs heavier. i went to the dr. today and i lost weight?

Been awhile since I updated. Been so swamped at work.

Pregnancy weight: 160 lbs (including baby)
Goal weight: 120 lbs

Weight today (6/12): 114 lbs

I actually fit back into all the clothes that used to be just a touch too tight for me even before I got pregnant, so I'm pretty happy about it.

I haven't done anything different actually (yeah, great help I am). I am breastfeeding though (well, pumping) so maybe that's the reason?

I lost a ton of weight when I was pumping. Didn't loose a thing while bf. Gained when I stopped.

Allrighty, I haven't posted b/c I've been lazy, but a recent field trip with my school agers made me realize just how out of shape I am in. Here's the new routine for me AND DH b/c he's overweight as well.

Cutting back on Carbs, but not "Atkins" diet
Eating more fresh foods and grilling almost everything
30 minute brisk walk in the morning before going to work (pushing Abby in the stroller of course)

I've been holding steady at 157.

Starting weight 160
Goal Weight: 140
Current Weight: 156.5 (gotta count the half pound!)
Height: 5'7"

I need to get in on this, but I'm weighing in on my moms scale cause mine has me 11 lbs over hers. Somethings wrong with that pic. I know there is no possible way I can still weigh 20 lbs more than I did pre-pregnancy and fit into my pre-preggo jeans. Let you know later.

What are you doing to loose weight: I've been doing alot of cardio and mostly all the weight I've lost is due to my PPD (not eating)

Now I am eating lots of protien and fruits and veggies and I've started lifting again 5 times a week, 1xweek punching and kicking on the bag and I'm also going to add to it starting next week....walking at least4 times a week.
