Do you seem to feel them more when you have to use the bathroom? I'm a little backedup today and my contractions have been crazy.

When is it normal to get BH?? I'm as far along as you guys...and I don't think I've had any yet! Of course, I haven't been feeling the baby move much, either...so maybe I just can't feel anything down there. Makes me think more and more that I'll be just like my Mom - barely making it to the hospital before the baby is born!!! YIKES!!!!

I didn't have them until much later with my 1st, but with my 2nd and this one, man they've been bad....

they do seem to be worst when I need to use the restroom!

Yeah I think constipation makes them worse.. and mine are a lot more frequent and earlier with this one then they were with DS.

Some women never get them. I never had them with DS but I swear I can feel them every once in a while with this one.

Not everybody gets them and mostly when its not their first child I did begin to feel them I think in my previous pregnancy but didn't realize what they were. I didn't feel my first one move as much as I do this one.

braxton hicks, usually with 1st time moms u may not feel them till the end. the more pregnancies u have had usually means ull feel them sooner. i didnt get them with my 1st till the last 10 weeks or so. my 2nd was after 20 weeks and this time ive been having them since about 14-15 weeks. some women never feel them.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and never heard of BH until now. I'm thinking I never felt them. I get constipated and backed up. But the feeling I get from this I haven't thought of anything else why the feeling is so uncomfortable. Not so uncomfortable though. Being constipated and backed up would feel that way.

I hear you Sheena, I got put on modified bedrest at 20wks because of my irritable uterus last pregnancy so I can do without the BH thank you very much.

So far I only notice them right after I pee in the morning. And after sex. I only notice them if I am really relaxed and paying attention to my body, or trying to feel the baby move and then I will feel my uterus getting hard.
