The ring test

You know, dangle a ring over your belly by a string, if it swings in circles it's a girl and if it swings side to side it's a boy. How many have you have tried this and how many was it right for? Everyone I know that has done this it has never failed, right everytime. With my two girls it went in circles and this one it's going in circles too.

I've heard of it but never tried it. I don't understand how you get it to start moving without directing it in a circle or side to side?

I never understood it either in that sense, I just hang it over my belly and it moves on it's own.

ya, I though about trying it... but also didn't get how the ring was going to start moving without me forcing it (and since I sort of have a feeling about the gender) I would be total faking it...
