What was your week like?

My week was ok. Only walked 4 days. The past 3 days the weather has been horrible. Ethan and I can only go out in like half hour increments. Bleck. Not good at all.
I am still doing the arm workout to my Pilates DVD. I do it 2 or 3 times a day, everyday. (It is only 5 minutes long).
On a side note...I have convinced (but we shall see) DH to start doing Pilates with me after I have Riley. He really needs to. It would work wonders for him. Even his 60yr old Dr does it. We have been trying to get him to try it for years!

Yeah I don't work out anymore. I crossed over into the 150 land on the scale too. I know it's not a bad number to reach but there's something about them moving that extra pound thing over that makes you go ugh!!!! 3 lbs in 2 weeks. I have to say I'm only up 24lbs so far so with 3 weeks left I'm at the screw it phase.

I REALLY want to walk the dogs more and be more active. If my m/s would cooperate. It's hard to workout when you are nauseous. But, it's getting better... so soon I'll have NO excuse!! :)

I did okay this week.Walked a few times and even went to a step class at the gym last night. It was fun but wow, am I out of shape! I'm at pre-preg weight but hoping to lose a few more pounds and tone up... Need to get back to doing daily sit-ups too...

I did walking one day and Pilates another day...the 2 other days I just biked Stephen to/from school and voilin. Could do better...but my leg has been hurting a bit. I really really miss running.

Misbehaved alot this week...very little excercise...that is the hardest one for me to do...it is so hot here...and will Isaac hs'ing...I can't pop in a tape....Larry fixed my bike this morning...so I am going to try my damned'st to ride this week early in the morning!
Anyway...I am still down 1.1 lbs...soooo it is still a loss..but had hoped for me!
I am at a 10 lb weight loss now....the pants are starting to feel looser...but nothing significant yet....
Let me tell you something fat girls hate.....and I have gotten this a few times this week....they hate when you say..."I see the loss in your face"....ummm....we don't care if our faces are skinny...how bout if you say I see it in your fat ***....gut and thighs....but I guess it is a start ;)

Joely, weight loss is 70% about the food you eat and 30 % about the exercise.... so definitely try to get the exercise in as much as possible, but eating well will give you more of a loss.
Also I guess it is common to have good weight loss the first 2-3 weeks, then to taper off a little bit....WW suggests loosing 1-2lbs per week as a good base. Even though it is harder when the weight comes off really slow, just think the longer it takes for the weight to come off, the less likely it is to come back.....slow and steady wins the race.
I ran 3 times this week....My knee is feeling better. Went to physio 2 times this week. Also did one walk.
I really need to start doing some ab work....to get rid of the excessive baby flab.

Good job ladies! Joely you crack me up about the face showing weight loss! I always wonder when I see people that I haven't seen in a long time what I should say if they've lost a ton of weight because I don't want to go overboard about how great they look and have them thinking :geesh did I look that horrible before?"...
