My baby gets very active around 11:00 every night. Well last night I was watching TV laying on my side & my arm was across the side of my stomach. The babt kicked very hard & my arm moved. Then I put my hand there & I felt two times either a foot or hand (for sure). It was weird. I mean it is cool the baby is getting that big but it was a very weird alien feeling to feel something so specific. :)

Isn't it odd?!? My mom told me that I used to kick her so hard that she could literally grab my foot when I would kick her. Freaky! I love it!

Oh my baby sticks his butt out, his arms out, his feet out...he loves to do that, and then he squirms and it looks like someone injected me with a worm or something, it feels funny and it's cute :)

I love it when that happens. Before I knew my baby was head down I thought I was rubbing her head but it turns out I was rubbing her butt!

I love playing with the things sticking out too. Sam loves to see big weird bumps in my belly - she always gets this amazed look on her face and says "That's Tommy!!!" :-D

My boys get such a kick when the baby is sitting funny and my tummy is lopsided, or there is an apendige sticking out. They push on it and the baby kicks them back and they about die laughing. It is such a cool feeling...but strange at the same time. :)

Does it ever seem to you like rather than baby getting bigger/stronger very gradually, it goes in spurts? I think we just went through another spurt, and this little boy is SOOO strong now. I've been feeling his kicks really easily, and it's like my whole belly ripples.

Yesterday when I was walking through the grocery store, it was as if he rolled over and flopped into the front/bottom of my belly. It almost felt like I had to readjust my balance because my centre of gravity had suddenly shifted. What a strange feeling!

It's definitely getting weird.

Anna is getting so big that we see my belly changing shapes! I keep trying to get DH to feel, but he just looks kinda grossed out by her! It's definitely different!

I love how they respond to outside pressure. With Chance, I used to watch TV with the remote setting on my belly, and he used to kick and kick at that remote until it would wobble off.
This one has a foot, I think, that constantly kicks out the upper right side of my belly. My husband sleeps with his arm around me right at that level, and the baby will kick up and down his arm until I move it.
It is such a weird feeling, but it's fun to be able to interact with them before they're born.

I have noticed that when I read, I put the book on the same spot of my belly, and she goes and kicks until I move. She is loving responding to daddy's voice. He got so excited the other day when he put his hand on my tummy and said "hello!" and she kicked right away. Then he repeated it and so did she. He will not leave my stomach alone now... I think it really made him feel connected.

My nieces and nephews look at me like I'm crazy when I talk about the baby in my tummy. My 5 year old niece wanted me to run with her, and I said, "Nah, pregnant ladies don't run". She goes "You're not PREGNANT. You just have a baby in your tummy!"

It definitely is strange!! I will feel a sharp edge poking out- and I keep wondering- what IS that?! Thinking is could be an elbow, a knee, or a heel- haha! It's a fun little game ;)

I had a cup of tea next to my belly the other night and the baby kicked so hard that the cup fell out of my hand!

My neice is 2 and she talks alot about "the baby in Aunty Memma's belly". A couple of weeks ago she was lying acorss me giving me a cuddle and the baby kicked. She sat up and looked at me and said "baby?" I told her that the baby had just kicked her and she told me that the baby needed to sit on the naughty step because its naughty to kick!

I am kind of sloutched over right now at the computer and the baby is really kicking trying to make me not smush him. It is like he wants me to stretch out and make room. It can almost hurt.

I am obsessed with staring at my belly and touching it. I find when I feel something and then look down in amazement or tell DH, all is still and silent..... ahhhh, it's so frustrating. The kicks for me are still so sponstaneus. DH has seen and felt it though, but I wish it was more.
