3D/4D pic question

When is the best time to get this done? And what's the difference between the two?

3D is the still picture you get, 4D looks the same but moving. I think the place where I went for my regular u/s sound those are best 28-32 weeks

I had mine at 27wks and they turned out amazing. I have a pic in my space if you want to take a look.

My office says to do it between 27-32 weeks. I am going mine on Friday. It's really not that much money, mine will be $110 and will get pics, a video and a CD.

My OBs office does them for free. They said the best time is between 28-32 weeks when your fluid levels are peaked. I'm hoping to have an ultrasound this month (I'll get one for sure before I leave the hospital). We should be able to have 3D/4D then.

Mine doesn't do them at all unless there have found to be some anomalies like cleft lip/palate for example.
