Hello everyone!!!
I was just wondering how many of our LO's are still in cribs or are in big girl/boy beds.
I am slowly in the process of trying to get Alina used to her big girl bed. She has tried to lay down a few times but I am so nervous to officially make the switch because she is sleeping so well lately. When will you switch??? I am doing this soon because we need her crib for Sophia. I really need it now because Sophie is really getting big! LOL!

Ender has been in a toddler bed since March, so 17 months old? We moved to our new house that month, and I had decided to set up the toddler bed just to have it in the room so he could get used to it, but we still set up the crib for him to sleep in. Well, he only used the crib for the first few days because he wanted to be in the big bed, so we went with it! We have the crib in our room now for Ezra.

Peyton is still in her crib. She hasn't tried to climb out yet, so we're milking this for all it's worth! But, another reason is because we have no storage at our house, and I don't know where we'd put her crib, even disassembled. I think we may evaluate again in 6 months or so? I dunno- when do most kids make the transition? I'm curious...

Trey and Bella are still in their cribs. Knock on wood, neither has tried to climb out. When they do, we will move them into toddler beds, but we are hoping for another 6 months at least!

Crib here! There's no way she'd stay in a bed! I think we are going to try to hold off until we need the crib for baby #3, so next summer hopefully. In my and dh's family, the baby usually got a big bed for their 3rd birthday. Ds got one for his 2nd birthday, but only cause Kaitlyn was outgrowing the basinett.
I think I will try to do a room for kaitlyn next spring/early summer since my kids share. Thats when we'll get her a bed. Then a new baby can share with ds--all the bedding matches and I'm hoping for a boy next time for a brother for ds.

We're staying in ours as long as we can. He hasn't even attempted to try to climb out so we'll see. I"m hoping around 2 1/2- 3 years old. We'll see.

I wish we were still in a crib!! He was so much easier to put to bed when he was in a crib!! He switched the beginnning of May so 18 months. Not by choice either!! The monkey broke his crib and was constantly climbing out so we knew it would be sooner rather than later. He did well with the transition but now must be rocked to sleep and carried to bed vs. placed in the crib awake and I walk out the door!! I hope Alina transitions nicely for you. Good Luck!! :D
Our crib is in use but not by us! Nate cosleeps...so has never really used his crib except for an occasional nap. We loaned our crib to friends who adopted 3 boys :) the youngest is still using the crib and he turned 3 in May. They will probably keep using it for a while but I may need it back next spring!

We're talking about converting Jensen's crib to the toddler bed, but her room needs to be baby proofed a little better first. But I'm in no hurry as long as she's not trying to climb out of it.

Sienna hasn't been in a crib since we moved back to AZ in Feb. She was 15 months then. There was no room where we were staying to have it set up. She still doen't STTN, so when she wakes up she comes and gets us and we take her back into her room.

we're still in a crib here too. She isn't trying to climb out yet either and her room is upstairs and ours is downstairs so I'm not in a hurry to move her up yet. Guess we'll reevaluate in a few months

Still in crib here as well. He has only managed to climb out once but we have since lowered the matress to the bottom mounting holes. DH agrees with Jenny - gonna milk it for all it is worth. I don't look forward to the day he can come wake me up in the middle of the night. HA!

Parker is still in a crib and will be till he tries to climb out. I know that right now he would never stay put in a big boy bed.

Zack said byebye to his crib in late May. No problems at all...he is my best sleeper out of all of my kiddos though. No fights for a nap or anything...
Still in a crib here too. For as much of a climber as Graham is - he has never tried climbing out of his crib. I really don't know when we will try to switch him. Probably sometime later this fall maybe when he turns 2, we will have to do something before late January or early February.
Our crib turns into a toddler bed and that is what we used for Caleb, but we are going to need the crib for the baby.
So my tentative plan is to get bunk beds for Caleb and Graham and have them sleep together on the bottom full-sized bed for awhile.

Jack is still in a crib...his is huge though and whilst it's working I am going to leave it that way :) . I also know that since Jack is my last baby I will feel quite emotional about letting the crib go(all four of mine used it ! ).
