Since we have moved to our new apartment Molly has been sleeping through the night...not a PEEP out of her for at least 9 hrs. It has been heaven getting sleep again. Well, this has not been the case for the last three nights...she is crying in her sleep again and waking up every couple hours crying...going back to sleep...waking up crying......its like a cycle...FOR HOURS ON END...

I don't know if its because she is back in daycare or she is cutting molars but someone please send us some sleep vibes because I'm going to go insane if I don't get a good nights rest here ASAP!!! :?

Harley's been waking up more too. I chalk it up to the molars. The other night she had me up for an hour from 4-5am. I ended up giving her some tylenol and she slept like a charm! Hope she starts sleeping for you again!

Hmm sounds like her teeth bc Yusuf wakes up crying when he's cutting teeth or trying to.

I hope she gets back to her new normal soon!

Lauren took the words right out of my mouth.

It's almost worse to have the sweet taste of sleep again only to have it yanked out from under you!

(((((ZZZZZ))))))) (((((sleep vibes)))))

How did she do last night?

Hi Ladies :D

Dawn you are so sweet to remember; that is correct my sister was watching Molly up until three weeks ago. My nephew has some special needs and it was getting to be too much for her so we agreed to put Molly back in daycare those two days. I think you are right...that is when her sleeping pattern changed too. She isn't adjusting well to daycare...she doesn't eat or sleep there because it is sooo "busy" they said she crys alot and I expect w/the constant noise and things going around it is hard for her to calm down. (we had this problem when she was enrolled last time too) While she is a busy girl herself she still gets overstimulated easily. We find even the t.v. can set her off some nights if its load or flashy.

I am curious if anyone elses children are enrolled in daycare only part time like Molly? She goes on Tuessdays and Fridays. We are thinking about puttting her in a third day as maybe the days off inbetween are confusing her.

Maddi will be next year, although they call it "preschool" since they run a preschool program and she'll be in a centre for 2-4 year olds. I need to start checking out the places around here and decide where to put her but I want to wait another week or so for my proper u/s (on the 15th) to be sure everything is okay with the baby (well as sure as you can be!).

Ren, will she go full time or part time?

Harry goes part time. Wed, thurs and fri. I was told to put him in on consecutive days as it helps with their routines. Maybe try switching her days if you can Jennie.

I hope her sleep comes back soon! Hope you can work out daycare so that she gets adjusted to it.

We're starting out with one day a week and then maybe going to two so very much part time. It's just to give me a chance to spend some time with the baby and get some housework done.

I hope she keeps sleeping again and it was just a little adjustment.

Steph goes different days each week. Some weeks it is 2 days, then the next week it's 4. She definitely settles down better when she's done a few days in a row, but it's very $$$ and we only do it if necessary. When the baby comes, she'll go 2 days a week for 6 months while i'm on maternity leave...
