b/p update

I had a friend of mine who's a nurse check my b/p last night and it was 128/88 so I think it is just the good ole "white coat syndrome". WOO HOO.

WOw that is really good to see it is coming down. Yes it can be a matter of white coat syndrome. If you have a local pharmasit that can take it for you and report to your Dr that maybe worth while as well.

I was very relieved! I am going to have her take it on a weekly basis and write it down and take it with me to my next appt in October.

that's great!! I used to have the same with my GYN, my b/p would sky rocket as soon as I put foot in his office. Eventually he made me first go past the pharmacy to get the b/p taken there and just tell him once I saw him LOL ....
