I'm tired of bfns. In addition to my usual repetoire of opks, clomid and metformin, this month I'm adding in preseed and softcups. Anyone else going all out this month?

I'm taking herbal supplements, trying green tea, mucinex i tried before and I'm alway using opk's other than that, that about it. I'm pretty much tried what I'm able to do at this point. I going to give myself until September 2009 if nothing happens I think I'm going to give up completely.

LOL I am totally NOT going all out. After 14 months of temping, and OPKs, and clomid, femara, injectables, IUI's, and progesterone, I am taking the au naturale approach. No OPK's, a little temping just until I get my spike, no lying in bed with my hips raised...NADA!!

I figure that when I do everything right, I don't get squat, so I am going to try doing everything wrong!

I think that sounds like a great plan though! I've never tried the softcups. Good luck! I hope all this extra effort results in a blazing BFP!! :)

I know a couple people that have had great success with the softcups. :D

Last cycle was a complete relaxed "Just let it happen" cycle, no temps and only BDing when we felt like it. I know I tend to over-obsess and I was trying *not* to since I have other things to worry about right now (...the wedding.) Plus it was our first TTC cycle, and absolutely the earliest I could get pregnant with the wedding coming up, and now that I think about it was still almost too early (I would have been 11 weeks at the wedding) so actually I am happy to be here in June. :D Plus I obviously wasn't expecting much with our BD timing.

This cycle I think we are going to try a little harder. I plan to temp. again, as well as chart CM and CP. I don't plan on doing supplements or any OPKs or devices though. I'm going to focus on just really knowing my cycle as well as I can. We are going to try to time our BD better, but we probably won't have a marathon.

Just to throw in another twist - if I don't get preggy this cycle I will be back on BCPs for a month.

I am going to continue to use opk's. I have some preseed that I ordered for last cycle but didn't get to use. Maybe I should get some of those softcups.

I'm going all out!

The 1st 6 cycles, we only used OPKs....then I got my BFP. (lost on 6/22/07)

This time...oh boy, let me tell you, we're gonna (heehee I mean I'm gonna) try mucinex, vit B6 and green tea.

Hope it works

I've been thinking of getting soft cups too. They are a little rubber cup that fits over the cervix, so in theory you bd then put in the cup and it holds the sperm up at the cervix giving them a boost.

This is my 4th month TTC, and i'm temping, charting cm and cp, and i'm using softcups. My cycles are really long, so id even know if i'm Oing or not :(
I'm so tired of BFN's, this month if refuse to get a BFN. Hopefully this is gonna be all of our month!!!

Great idea Kim!!!! My sister wasn't even trying to get preg. and has 2 DD, I've actually been trying, opk, couting CD, some temping and I have no BFP to show for it.
