Hi ladies! My name is Missy and I just had a lap done on the 21st. Coincidentally, it was also CD1, but I was only spotting. I pretty much bled for about a week, but then it stopped Tues/Wed of this week. However, on Sunday, I woke up with minor spotting and I put a liner in my underwear. Now, its bleeding pretty good with clots and all. Sorry for the TMI. Should I be concerned? It's CD13 and I'm not sure why I'm bleeding.

If I were you, I'd call the doctor. You don't want to take any chances. Please keep us posted

Here's the kicker. I've paged the dr twice and he hasn't called back. I asked the answering service if you give them the details of why we called or just the message of our name and number and she said they give them the details. Apparently, I'm not an emergency or a priority. That sure does tick me off.

Hmm...that would really piss me off too. You could just keep calling and harassing them, I mean, it IS their job! But if you can't get anyone to call you back today, then definitely try tomorrow.
I'm sure its nothing to worry about, but its better to be safe than sorry.

I talked to the nurse today and they say that this is common. I guess the lap truly screws up your schedule. The worst part of it all is the cramps. Wowsa is this some pain.

Still having on and off cramping/bleeding. It's weird. One day, there's nothing and I think I'm in the clear and then the cramps start followed by more bleeding. I was pretty surprised to see this continue being that Tuesday will be 3 weeks since the lap. Does that sound right?

I bleed on and off for a few weeks. I did have cramping. Then I got AF almost 2 months after and It was a killer. I hope you feel better soon. (((HUGS)))

Sorry your having a rough time, I didn't bleed after my lap, but everyone is different. I think the rule of thumb is if you are filling a pad per hour, go to the er asap, but yours doesn't sound that way. My body was definately screwy after my lap, all that moving around in there can't help matters. I hope you are feeling better soon, please keep us posted.

Sorry you are having pain and bleeding. when I had mine done I noticed if I was stading, walking or doing anything for a while I would start bleeding again. So I just kept off my feet for a couple of days and the bleeding went away until AF showed up. I hope you feel better.
