Thanks!! :) I will definitely keep you posted! :)

This would actually be a huge change for us... and a big career change for him. We're both professional musicians; I'm a violist
:violin: (<-----but with a happy face!)
and he's a composer. But, he's decided that he wants to pursue something different for a career. He's always said that if he weren't a musician, he'd want to be a police officer... so now that's what he's pursuing! He's really excited about it, and we're really hoping that it works out.

So... there might be lots of major changes coming up for us if he gets this job, and we might also have to move. Who knows... it might take us a while to get used to all these changes in our lives, before we think we're ready to add a baby to our lives too! But we'll see... DH keeps saying that if he gets this job, then we could TTC soon! :)

Anyways, that's probably TMI... now you know everything about us! ;)

notice that the violist looks so excited to play ;-) i'm totally kidding... i have a music degree and my parents are both musicians (mom plays viola too, dad is a drummer) and one of my brothers is getting his degree in jazz studies (hes a drummer as well). Me, i play violin. well, did... i haven't played seriously in a few years :-( i got burnt out after college.

i have this overwhelming desire to be nosy and as more questions but i'll be nice and hold off for the time being! :D

Quick update.... so, he thinks the interview went well! He feels pretty good about it. But, he won't find out the result for possibly another week or so; they will be sending him a letter in the mail to tell him the result. It's gonna be so hard to wait.... we're keeping our fingers crossed!!
