Getting Bummed :(

So on friday I had my follie ultrasound- (CD15) and the biggest on was 8.2mm and its not considered mature until 18mm- :( So I have a ways to go..if this cycle doesn't work out then I will be set up to 100mg of Clomid. The last 3 days of my LH test strips have been very close to positive but not. Today's has been the closest. I guess I am just getting a little bummed because I was expecting everything to go smoothly with taking the Clomid and it isn't-but on the upside, I am not the only one. The nurse said that most women with PCOS do not respond to the 50 mg of Clomid-that it takes higher dosages of it-so I am not alone in that aspect..and she also says that it is a really good thing since I have gotten preggo two times on our own. Hopefully I can ovulate soon-other wise I might be off to July (because I would have to wait until CD 35 to start taking progesterone) Hope I can stay with you girls..sorry for the pity party!:(:(:( :confused::confused::confused:

Oh that sounds like me last month..but remember; they just need to get to about 12'sh-14sh before the growth really speeds up, so dont give up yet hun!!!

:bighug: That part of fertility treatment can be so depressing. Some days I just don't want to know follie size. The good thing is that you are on a low dose of clomid and increasing the dose may be all you need. Plus, Clomid isn't horribly expensive. I would give anything to be able to take clomid and not spend $1400 a cycle just for meds. My fingers are crossed that those follies take off on you. GL!
