What's your LO up to? Potty trained? Pull-ups? Cloth? Sposies?

What size? Any weird recent notes?

We have always done Pampers with Cole. Recently his 5's are pulling snug on the sides and causing red marks, so we went up to 6's. Well, they aren't so easy to find, so I was at a store (we were OUT) so I grabbed Luvs. Within 24 hours his testicles were FIRE ENGINE RED and it was creeping outwards! My poor man! I was going to Walgreens that day so I picked up their brand (currently 7.99 buy one get one half off)- a set of 6's for him and 1's for the new guy (UGH that was a weird feeling!). They worked ok and I just stocked up on those now til Pampers go on sale.

We have a collection of Pull-ups (with the cold liners and such) but he was straying away from even attempting to go on the toilet and was soaking through these, so I went to the Easy ups (more absorbancy- like a diaper in a pull-up shape) and those worked fine until we ran out. So we have a stack of Pull-ups we aren't using yet, a bag of mostly un-used Luvs I have to hold onto in case they need them back for testing (getting a refund on those) and a few bags of Walgreens on the shelf. Since the same company makes Luvs as Pampers, I was really shocked they could be so bad!!!

As for PT, it's totally hit or miss. Sometimes he will barely wet a diaper for two or three days, then he refuses to use the toilet. We have newborns and his dipes in the drawer under the changing table now, so he is seeing "little baby diapers" and we talk about how he should have peed/pooped in the toilet at each diaper change. Right after Cole was born Alex called the diapers quits, I am REALLY hoping Cole does the same.

OMG who can write about diapers for 1/2 a page except me? Your turn!

we're in pampers 5s. No interest in the potty, the kid arches his back if you try to get him to sit on it (like when you try to buckle them in the carseat, and he is strong!). He could care less if he is soggy wet, poopy, etc. He wants Lightning McQueen underpants, but doesn't care to pee in the potty. We recently bought him a spiderman costume for halloween, and I showed it to him, at the store, and told him, "You can wear this for halloween and go trick or treating and get treats." Surprisingly he told looked so sad, I asked him if he wanted a spiderman costume and he said sadly, "I don't want spidah-man, I don't wanna go peepee in da potty and get a treat." Man, if a spiderman costume doesn't entice the kid, I don't know what will. :)

We're not pushing it, but I sure would love to stop buying dipes.

Pampers size 7.

Um, he pretends to go on the potty. But that's about it.

Carleena was doing awesome for a couple of weeks. She was wearing big girl panties all day and would tell me if she needed to go at the grocery store or wherever. However she still would never poop in the potty. We tried not to make too big of a deal about it, just told her that her poop needed to go in the potty too, etc. But she got frusterated and started refusing to wear big girl panties, only learning panties (pull ups). Now it's hit or miss. Some days she wears big girl panties and does great, some days she wears big girl panties and has lots of accidents and some days she will only wear pull ups and has no interest in the potty. She finally pooped in the potty last week and we made a big deal about how great it was, but she hasn't done it again since then. I just wish that she would make up her mind. Elam is ready to PT, he sits on it all the time and has peed in it a couple of times, but I have been holding off training him until I get Carleena trained. At the rate we're going Elam will be trained before her. Ughhhhh. I try not to stress about it. It will happen when it will happen. I don't think that it would bother me so much if I didn't know that she can do it. She did so great before, what happened?

Kaden wears size 5 pampers... usually the easy ups or cool alert kind. He likes to go on the potty but gets too into playing to remember to go. He goes at daycare too. He comes home from school and poops in the potty. But can't seem to do this with undies on only pull-ups. Go figure! I keep trying undies but he always pees in them and then doesn't want them because he doesn't want to be wet on the cool undies! All well.

Someday?!!
