that you should stop taking the pill three months before trying to conceive? We are going to start trying to conceive #2 next year but in the meantime I'm on the pill (to slow the progress of endometriosis.)

This wasn't an issue when conceiving #1 as I hadn't been taking the pill for 5 years before we started trying.

Every woman's body reacts differently and the general rule of thumb is to allow your body 2 months (or 2 cycles) to get back up and running in a predictable way. That being said, your body could function normally right away or you coud experience problems that last much longer. Good luck to you!
