Movement Question-Updated Stress Test Needed... Updated Again!

So I am 27 weeks today. I had my glucose test on Monday and ever since Monday I have had a noticible decrease in movement. I normally have a lot of movement but for some reason she has really slowed down.

Any thoughts?

Updated: The doctor's office called me this morning and said that if I am still not feeling the baby like I normally was then I could come in for a stress test. The baby's heart rate is normally in the 150's or 160's but Monday it was 145 so it was a little lower than normal from the beginning. I am nervous so please pray for a good result. Thanks!

Most Recent Update: So I went for the stress test and as soon as they hooked me up the baby started moving. She has been going ever since. The docture said everything looked great for being 27 weeks. Woo hoo!!!

When I had mine, the baby was so active for the first little while after the drink; but, for the rest of the day, movement definitely decreased! It must have been a sugar coma! haha The next day, the movement was back to normal, though; so, I'm not really sure... Sorry!

Yea, I commented about that too. His movement seemed to decrease that day and has a little today - I had the 3-hour test today. I'd just keep a note of it and if you feel uncomfortable call the Doctor. I think sometimes depending on how he shifts in my belly I feel him less.

I definitely have days where I don't feel the baby as much because of positioning, as well!

at this point it will still come and go with how much baby moves. Kick counts don't start until 28 weeks+. I wouldn't worry Biggrin

*eta: of course, if you ARE concerned call your care provider. But, again, I wouldn't worry at this point if you go a bit without feeling baby.

So are you going in for a NST? I had a lot of those with my twins, and I never did really mind them. It was actually kind of nice to hear my babies... Smile
