How is everyone sleeping? I've started noticing that, for about the last week or so, I've been having really broken sleep - partly due to needing to go to the bathroom and partly due to the new discomfort I've been experiencing in my hips! I've been trying to avoid sleeping on my back, since I've heard you should avoid it; so, I'm stuck between flip flopping from side to side. I don't know if the discomfort is from position or from just laying on one side for too long. I'm beginning to think it's a combination of both since I'm also noticing that my stomach is feeling much heavier! I bought a body pillow this afternoon and I'm going to see if I can better position myself throughout the night! Does anyone have any tips, etc.?
