My charts are pretty notorious for barely moving temps and no real clear patterns. But this cycle I played with Soy and now I see a bump, but i'm not sure what I think. I'm pretty obviously normally annovulatory.... But since I'm used to looking at a dead chart (haha, my nickname for how frustrated I am with staring at mine!), I'm not sure what I'm looking at.
I got a + early on on my digi opk, so I stopped using them (which i'm seeing was not bright).
I was using a different chart-er, as an app on my phone, and the one I was using didn't have the crosshairs, so I've really never seen them. The main screen on FF seemed to say (in a really round-about way) that I didn't get crosshairs because I got the opk positive earlier than that.
I'm really not the best with reading charts, and I don't usually get ANYTHING different when putting in my temps, so this was interesting, if nothing else!
the chart does not look good, are you temping at the same time of the day? Your temp from today is lower then your original temps which generally means AF is starting. How long are your cycles regularly? Also, I have never had cross hairs as I just have the basic account/
I am not an expert, per se, but I will weigh in as I also like to receive lots of opinions myself.
So, naturally, my first inclination is to want to see what happens next for you. If you get AF tonight or tomorrow, I think there is a real possibility you did O and that you have an LP issue going on, which in my experience, I was able to remedy that with vitamins B6 & 12. Now that is if you O'd.... Your temps definitely had a clear shift, but that could've just been the soy messing with you.
This month I also took Soy (for the first time) and you can see I went anov and also had a bit of temp shifting, but it never stayed up for even a few days as yours did. How many days are your cycles normally? Do you normally get + OPKs and then not O? Do you have PCOS?
I ask because many women with PCOS do have elevated LH throughout the cycle and can get false positive OPKs.
I hope this means soy could work for you! Maybe you can take different dosage/on different days next cycle?
