Oh you poor thing!! I hope you're feeling better today and have been able to get lots of rest!
Have you tried your neti pot yet? Hope that'll really help clear your head I know it definitely helps my DH when he has sinus stuff going on. (I'm a wimp... I used it once and didn't tip my head enough and it gave me a headache when I didn't have one to start with lol)

I'm feeling somewhat better, it just seems to be an ongoing thing. Now I have a sore throat
I have been using my neti pot - the first night I tried it when I was SO congested - I couldn't get it to work, nothing would flow!!!! I don't know if it's possible that I was THAT congested that nothing could move through? Anyway it has been working now. Can't say I notice too much of a difference after I use it, but feel like it's not hurting anything either
