I pretty much continue as normal. I cut back on the Alcohol, around O and like up to about 6 dpo, i'd still have a drink but nothing heavy. Maybe just wine..
Eh, after 3+ years, I pretty much assume it won't happen and I won't need to lol This last cycle was the closest I've had since we started.
I don't remember cutting back on any certain food in pregnancy...what do people not eat?
I will avoid alcohol and cut my coffee down to 1 cup a day. I'll probably up my water also but I should be doing that anyway. :)

Pregnant? Avoid These Foods!
Well the last time I was pregnant it was a surprise. I spent my time at 3-4 weeks pregnant in Las Vegas. Had no inkling I might be pregnant, I was on Nuvaring. I messed with the timing of it to avoid a period in Las Vegas. Well it worked alright (not the way I intended), because I didn't have AF, because I was pregnant. I did all the things you do in Vegas, drinking, smoking, caffeine, hot tubs etc. Yeah, it's a miracle I got pregnant and held on to it. I didn't find out for another 2 weeks. After I drank more for my birthday.
I foolishly thought it would be easy this time around since it worked without even trying last time.
I will add, I won't be throwing caution to the wind. I would never have done all of that knowing I was pregnant. I went cold turkey on everything, including coffee, deli meat, soft cheese, alcohol. I ate almost nothing processed etc. This time I will allow myself some coffee occasionally after a few months.
I continue as normal as otherwise you could (potentially) end up cutting back for two weeks, being normal for two weeks for along time.
I asked as I played a team sport yesterday and one of the team members who is undergoing ivf has doctors orders to sit out for two weeks after the egg transfer, just in case. In her case (4 years ttc with multiple failed transfers) I would sit out too, but if I sat out every month I would only play half the games which isn't fair to the team. Plus, if I didn't act normal I would probably obsess.
Pretty much normal, though I try not to drink alcohol after o, unless there is some reason like a couple of months ago it was my grandfathers funeral and family were invited back to have a final beer 'with him before the service ended. I have switched to decaf but if there is none available I will have normal. It's easier to stay normal so people don't ask questions, but I do try to bring in small changes with plausible reasons so people don't ask questions when i do get pregnant as well. I already had my friends asking on Saturday night because i had a juice instead of an alcoholic drink but that was really because i just can't stand house wine and they had no mini bottles there.
I'm coming up on 6 years and nope - don't do anything different anymore. I used to in the beginning but not now. From what I was told, the cells aren't even connected to your blood stream at the time you would get a positive pregnancy test so nothing we do in the TWW would affect anything.
I still get worried about working out though because I'm paranoid it could affect implantation (even though everything I've read says it doesn't). That's my one and only hang up.
