I just got over a cold, it sucked.. hope you feel better quickly.
I had that last week, I was in bed for two days and it took me over a week to fully recover. just try to rest as much as possible and drink lots of warm stuff, and most important - don't let it invade your sinuses! I was a crazy obsessive saline snorter!!! (but just saline, k? none of that addictive afrin stuff or anything! I make my own, 1 tsp salt in a cup of boiling water and wait for it to cool - obviously!) Feel better!
Feeling much better doctor gave me antibiotics and cough medicine.
Glad you're feeling better. I was in bed for a couple days this week, too. Now I'm fine, but the kids are feverish. all I have is cabin fever - big time!
