Cough/mucus medicine. It's in robitussin, mucinex and some other cough syrups. I can't quite follow how it would help... but it's talked about alot.

    Oooh okay! Thanks Susan!

How are you feeling? Today is CD5 and day 3 of Soy.. So far so good, no side effects really. Normally, my temps are all over the place, but they seem pretty consistant the last few days.

I am totally an emotional icky mess (yesterday and today) lol I have been crying for nothingness, and then the next second considering chewing someone's head off. I cried at my mom because i haven't seen her, then yelled at my dh for asking what was wrong. Then i cried because i saw a commericial with cute baby feet, then i yelled at the dog for barking near me. Today I cried because someone was short with me, then I was way nastier back.
Either its from screwing with my hormones. Or I'm just a basket case this week.

lol it would be nice to get a bigger sample group... I was going to write you a pm yesterday and never got around to it.

I'm all good. Went to the dr yesterday, and that was frustrating. Now she says she doesn't think my tests say pcos. the last dr said i was a textbook case of pcos. So now what?? Ugh. She is getting me an appt with an RE. I'm happy we're moving forward, but upset that it's 'serious' enough to need to go to a specialist. And if it was pcos, there are so many options i've heard of...but not knowing why the heck i don't have a regular cycle or ovulate is frustrating...

    How are you doing?

Oh wow! I totally feel your pain. I swear we are in the same situation. I thought I may have had PCOS, I think I still do, maybe a mild case but the doc didn't say I had it, don't know if he even tested for it. My ultrasounds and blood came back normal. So like you, I too am frustrated as to why my cycles are irregular and I don't O.

I think if the soy doesn't work for you this cycle, the RE would be able to give you more insight as to what's happening. I told my OB I did not want to see a specialist and that I was counting on him to get me preggo.. So trust me when I say, I completely feel your pain.

What cycle day are you on, I keep looking for a chart to stalk you so I can keep up.. lol

AFM: My temps are staying low and consistent, which i'm happy about because then I can see a clear temp shift IF it happens, all my opks are negative right now so i'm just trying to be patient. My last cycle temps were so erratic, so hopefully the soy is straightening me out.
