My sweet little baby is now 3 weeks old so I figured it's time to switch to a baby journal.
I have a very long TTC journal here- and a Pregnancy journal here

19 is how many clothing changes Ava has been through in the last 36 hours.
4 is the number of unexpected clothing changes I've had and
3 is the amount of showers I should have taken, but didn't cause really whats the point when I was just gonna get puked on again? Besides I had no plans to go out in public so I wasn't gonna be offending anyone. Still shamefull I know!
But Seriously! 19! How does that happen? Since I work with newborns I pride myself on being a fast diaper changer and having a sixth sence of when fluids are gonna be coming out. This little girl has a gift for unexpectedly peeing/pooping and spitting middiaper change AND getting it all over her clothes! It's almost funny- almost! In my defence 3 of those clothing changes were due to trying out the cloth diapers my Mom made that leaked.
Off to do laundry- again!
Ah, I remember those days! Enjoy the pee and poop while you can. Wait until she fights you tooth and nail at each diaper change!
Blah, blah, blah......
Amber, Ava is absolutely ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ah yes, all you can do is just chuckle and smile....19 clothing changes! Well, look at it this way, you get to show off all the cute clothes she has!
Colby 4*2*08 and Daphne 12*16*10
Lis- I KNOW! Im gonna have to invest in a good cleaner once she is on the move!
Julie! Thanks! Hi! It's good to see you! Colby is getting so big- what a cutie he is!!
So our ridiculously priced pumpkin that we got from the the pumpkin patch the other day was just sitting in our garage. I walked in there yesterday and saw it and though, it's Halloween- I might as well do something with it. I really don't like getting pumpkin goo on my hands (or any goo for that matter) so I decided to paint it.
We were heading out to a friend house for dinner but I wanted to get some pictures of Ava with her pumpkin before so I found a good spot in the backyard and started snapping away. the lightening is not great but I still love how they turned out.
Ava was all happy and cute laying there so that I decided to get the dogs in on the pictures too. It took forever to get both dogs positioned and looking the same direction and by that time poor little Ava had enough.
I was determined to get my picture so I waited hoping she would settle down, but no luck. Look at my Rottie wondering what's up with the screaming baby.
Several bad pictures later the dogs are looking for an escape, we are running late to dinner and Ava is PISSED so I gave up trying to get my dream shot.
I may be biased but I sitll think they turned out super cute!

Ava is just adorable and so are your dogs! I know you have horses too. My DH and I are TOC and we have horses, I was just wondering how you juggle them all?
