Quinlan Maxwell's Journal
Continued from the old boards. Old entires are tucked away safely for Quinn to read when he is older. Shall we continue?
I'll start with a basic update that I posted on Quinn's birth board.
I wanted to share a little update on my baby doll Quinn. He turned 9 months on the 4th. He's my little heartbreaker and troublemaker all at the same time. He's a feisty one and I think I am going to have my hands full with him.
I have no clue how much he weighs or how tall he is because they don't do 9 month check ups here. I'm not concerned though. He's energetic and looks healthy. He eats ANYTHING I give him. He even eats dirt. LOL! Ask my 2 year old...he feeds it to his brother. He's been pulling up and crusing since the end of January, when he was 6.5 months old and is still doing that, just faster and with more certainty. He is showing NO signs of letting go and walking and for that I am VERY thankful. I'm not ready for that. He gets into enough trouble while crawling. He has 4 teeth now and does NOT handle teeting well at all, so I am dreading more teeth. Quinn is getting better about sitting for stories and will even sit and flip through books on his own now...which makes me smile. We are all about books and reading here! He plays pretty well by himself these days and I love watching Quinn and Huey play together. Huey calls Quinn "little fella" or "little buddy" and they really are buddies. They share a room and are doing SO well. Unless he's teething Quinn sleeps a good 12 hours every night most nights. He's still nursing several times a day, but can use a sippy cup too. He's on a mix of solid table foods and baby food and sneaks snacks from his brother all the time.
Okay, enough talk. Here's my little "Qinkeroo":
