Sully
Myles
Loren

So I was thinking what about Symen (simon) :)

Miles and Simon are great names!

The tryndy spellings are not.

@OP - are these names from Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman? Anyway, Symen would be a terrible name - the nickname capabilities are just too easy. I really don't think I need to say which word that could easily be turned into. And how does "Symen" come from "Sully," "Miles," and "Loren" anyway?

Sully is short for Sullivan
Myles is a name both SO and me like. I have NEVER seen the name Miles (that would make me think of a location and not a name.
Loren is after my mom Lorraine

I'm afraid I'd have to agree with the pp's... if you want to use Simon then I think it would be best to spell it that way. There is one too many possible not-so-nice nicknames that could too easily be associated with spelling it "Symen".

If I was going to use "Sully", I would go with "Sullivan" and use "Sully" as a nickname, that way he'd have a "grown up" name to use when he got older.

I like Sullivan, Miles and Simon. I have a friend named Loren and it suits him.

I agree with the others on trendy spellings-- the only Myles that I know who have a Y in their name are girls....I think it feminizes a male name.

But it is your child and you get to decide. So if you love the spellings or the names, go for it!

I used Karmella for my DD and no one liked it but today after we did it she gets complments on it.

Carmella or karmel are the ways it is spelled more offten then not.

I love the name Miles, that's actually my sons name. :D I agree to pick on from that list, they are all nice names!

I would have to agree... you don't want someone calling your DS the name of the stuff that gets us all pregnant... :ROFL:

I do like Loren though... and the spelling. I'm naming this baby Trystan, and I'm not using the "y" instead of the "i" because it's trendy, but because if you switch the first and last letters of my name you get his name!

Not a fan of Symen.
