When thinking of names I always consider the nick name they may be given.... so or you more open to "Gen" or "Genny" ... or Juls or Juli?

I second this. I like the full name Genevieve better than Julianna, but I like the nickname Julie or Jules better than Gen or Genny. But they are both great names -- you can't go wrong either way.

Tough call.
I like Juliana Nicole better as a whole name and I like the nicknames. I don't like Genevieve Nicole as a whole name, although I like the nicknames. As much as I want to go with Juliana, I think Genevieve fits better with your other children's names
