what do you think? too odd/old fashioned/dated? ugly old lady name?
Personally, I don't like nicknames as the actual name. I'd prefer Judith with Judy as the nickname.

My grandma's name was Judith and she spelled it Judi (rather than Judy). Not sure if I'd pick it for my daughter, but I think it's something that could grow on me
