Moby Wrap question--legs-in or out?
Hi there! I'm new to the baby wearing experience, but love, love, love my Moby. So does my six, almost seven-week old. But I have a question about leg position for a baby his age.
I've been doing the newborn hug hold, where the legs are tucked in froggy-style. But I'm concerned that at 6 weeks, when he's apparently no longer considered a newborn, he's too old for this position, and that I may be compromising his hips. I saw that the Kangaroo hold allows for both legs-in and legs-out, but since I use the Moby mainly to get nice long naps out of him while we both sit in a glider, I actually prefer the legs-in position.
Is the legs-in position safe for him at his age? And if it is safe, at what age is it no longer healthy?
