Need a Ring Sling?

I need to sell some things in my Etsy shop so I don't have to move it. I'll be marking some things down to clear them out. I'm starting with this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/108816007/on-sale-cotton-gauze-woven-ring-sling

I *love* that one. I really wish I did need a ring sling, or know anyone who needed one...the only pregnant person I know is opposed to them for some weird reason (and a very opinionated and stubborn person...not going to even try to change any minds there.) I'll put it out there, though, and see if anybody I didn't think of comes out of the woodwork...

OH! Wait, scratch that...I might know someone. Hang on.

BOUGHT! I wish it was for me...I love love love it. But it will make a very nice gift for our pregnant friend, too (I just had to check in with DH, since it's his friend and his wife who we're getting it for. He loved it!) Smile

They've been JLIH for YEARS now, and had pretty much given up. Then...SURPRISE! They're super excited but also totally overwhelmed and came over to have dinner and pick our brains about all things pregnancy and baby a couple of weeks ago. We'd been trying to think of something nice to get them, and they were very interested in all of my BW advice, so this is perfect. Thanks!!

Oh Leigh I liked that one and even with international shipping I can afford an Anna ring sling. Once baby number 2 comes along I will have to get one. I can't find my brown one right now, I think it's packed away

Wendy, I will happily make a ring sling for you anytime you want one!!

Yay Leigh!! Thanks for shopping my little shop! It'll be on it's way with tomorrow's mail. Our mail here runs pretty early so I had already missed today's mail run.

I'd love to sell some of the school related items. The Aggies recently defeated #1 ranked Alabama(?) so I was hoping some raging Aggies fan would want an Aggie pillow. I had one of DH's friends pay me to make 4 full sized fleece blankets for him. Just the cost of the fleece was $60 per blanket, but I ended up with some pieces left over and made a few things for my shop with it. I guess it needs to go on sale too.

Yay, once I get knocked up In will hold you to that. Your prices are good, I paid about the same ampount for my mas produced ebay one in a boring brown. And like I said even your international shipping price is good.

Anna - I love the bib that is the "I Love Mommy" but my friend is having a girl and I was wondering if you have anything like that in a flower/pink/purple type pattern?

I don't know what the town you're moving to is like, but if there's any shops there that sell stuff on consignment you should definitely look into it. Etsy is just so big and overstuffed, I think it's hard for potential customers to find you a lot of the time. With our baby clothes business, my SIL and I were really lucky to be able to work the local angle with a kids consignment store, and we've sold a ton more than I think we would have on Etsy alone (although we do need to get an online presence going as well...). You don't make as much per item since you have to split it with the store, but you definitely move more inventory.

XP: I got the sling yesterday--thank you!!!!!!!!! I'm desperate to open it and try it out just out of curiosity, but I don't want to mess up the pretty packaging....I'm torn. It's beautiful, though--Adair kept stealing it and running away with it so I had to hide it
