Wore DS in my B'roo to the commissary, BX, and Class 6 on base today. Kid totally passed out asleep while I was at the commissary. Later I wore him in a ring sling to Walmart (the other two grocery stores I've been to this week didn't have any ground turkey :roll:).

I walked up town for about an hour with Ronin in the mei tai. I even drank a coffee and read the paper, got something for lunch, looked in some shops and then headed home.

I wore Aiden out shopping (I threw away our muffin tins last night in a fit of rage and we needed a new one) and again to an assignment night on base. I only got one comment of, "did you know there's a baby on your back?" so I consider it a successful evening. :p
You need to get some good, sarcastic replies going to answer that question and share them
Today I practiced doing FWCC variations in my woven wrap. We also did some window shopping and browsing of books with DH, just to get out of the house.

TBW is doing Carries of the Week right now, so I think I'm going to use their carries each week to practice more caries and even update the wrapping thread on here with better information over the course of the next couple of months. :)
DD has had naps in the Ergo the last two days... it's very good when Daddy can carry her and let her sleep for an hour like that, and we can still be social, and out doing things with his parents who are visiting right now!

For a few months Aiden was really into pulling those tiny hairs. Thankfully it is just a phase and he rarely does it anymore! Good try on being major productive while BWing. :D
While preparing food for the super bowl party we're attending later tonight, I wrapped Aiden on my back because he kept whining for me (Daddy wasn't good enough). Within a few minutes he was out asleep! Usually when I take him out of a back carry, he wakes up but not today! I had him completely unwrapped and he was still sound asleep!

Just now, I wore her to make some cornbread. It worked great (DH is trying to get some grading done, and she's hard to control in the kitchen) except that she was so interested in what I was doing that she was leaning waaaaaaaaaaay over to see...and kibbitzing! I should have added more milk, apparently. Never too much milk. :)
:ROFL: That's great! I'm enjoying back wrapping while in the kitchen right now because I can get DS up really high in a double hammock carry to where he can see over my shoulders.
I wore DS again on my back tonight while at a super bowl party. He needed some calming down after hitting his head....again. :roll: He started to want to drift off to sleep, so I got him down and rewrapped him on my front (so I could sit if I wanted to). Within 10 minutes he was out! This wrap has some major sleepy dust. Definitely helping encourage me to keep wrapping!
