OMG, two year molars... yes... we have those right now too... they certainly are a BEAST. You know how molars have like 4 points and a dip in the middle? DD has one point through on each side on the top... so we have a LONG way to go, and she tends to do them slowly anyway (canines were the worst up until now, and they took seriously like 3-4 months). I have much sympathy for everyone dealing with them!
Yeah, I'm thinking we're looking at a few months here. UGH.
Wore a little at the zoo today, but she was in a VERY independent (defiant) mood and wanted to walk the whole time, so we mostly let her. Just threw her up on my back when we really needed to get going and she would.not.move.
Yup we have a molar coming through and it's hell, it's been comeing through since about mid January
Yeah, very proud of myself today for the same thing!!! :) We took a road trip to see Grandpa which is 2 hours away. Both kids had melt downs in the car at the same time, DH blew up and I managed to calm all three of them down! :) It felt good. I'm trying so hard lately to calm myself and not yell etc.Quote:

Oh, and DH wore DS earlier tonight as we brought our stuff into the hotel room we're staying in till we find someplace to live here. Aiden actually cried when DH took him down! Aw. :)

Crowded restaurants are definitely a GREAT place for BW. I really wish I'd embraced TW before our trip to NYC last summer...we bought a cheap umbrella stroller when we got there, and it made life miserable! The Ergo would have been about a million times better for about every reason you can think of! Oh well, live and learn...

hey there ladies, jumping in! sooo happy that jade's into wearing again (end of a very long 'i big girl' phase!) and is loving the moby again, on my back. heads up? it's still magic!! wore to the store today, usually just send dh when he gets home since the stroller, plus store floors plus way too much snow is a pain. got my milk and banana's and had a blast! the magic is it still knocks her out! she fell asleep halfway home!!! i missed BW'ing so much!
to the molar moms, we're there too, other teeth weren't so bad, canines were noticed but a few weeks at best. these two year ones are going on months already. great calming the situations! great feeling to do that one!

I'm so glad your move is going well, Jackie! BWing is a lifesaver in those situations.
I think we're venturing into 2 year molar territory as well. :( I calculated they'd be arriving around 18 months based on previous tooth arrivals and we're getting close. T has been extra clingy, drooly, and finger-chompy lately. She screamed when I left her at daycare today and then sadly waved bye bye to me through the window. She's usually so happy when I drop her off. She's also been wanting to nurse for like 40 minutes each time and its mostly just an excuse to cuddle. I've been using it as an excuse to put my feet up and have DH bring me stuff :).
I've discovered that BWing and AF cramps/bloating are not friends. Especially not the variety I have this week. My Ergo puts pressure in all the wrong places. I've tried scooting it lower but then its just annoying. Oh well, we'll be back to BWing next week.
Ugh, this. It's so bad that the morning person (Brooke, who she LOVES) has been leaving notes for her teachers warning them about how rough her dropoff was :(Quote:
