What did you do today while BWing?

ITA with this. I never read stickies...I mean, new to a board, okay, maybe I glance at them, but then they become background noise. I almost suggesting stickying them too, and then I thought about it and realized what fate that would give them...better to keep those visible and active.

No BW for us again today after all. Only went to Costco for dog food and no way am I carrying or even picking up a 40 lb bag of dog food while wearing a 30 lb toddler if I can help it! That's what carts are for. :)

I will do a review of my new carrier once I have tried it out in the SSC thread

Today I walked up town for about 20 mins with Ronin in the boba. Still trying to get it to a perfect position but I am close

It definitely takes a bit of fiddling to find that perfect "sweet spot." Which is why DH and I no longer share our SSCs with each other. :p

Going better for you than the MT and RS?

Ergo for the win today. Beni has a double ear infection- fever spiked a 104.7. We ended up having to go to the ER because of course no pediatrician's office was open. I tried to go to an urgent care down the street from us, but they didn't take our insurance. Gotta say, that whole my kid is sick but now we have to figure out where we can go to get treated and not bankrupted really pissed me off- but that is very much another thread! Anyway.... I went to the grocery store after the ER to fill her RX for abx, and wore her in the Ergo while there. She has been super clingy and whiny all day, and luckily she was just chilled out and fine at the store. Like I said, Ergo for the win.

Yes and no, once I get it right I think I will like it much more than my crappy MT especially as it is quicker to get on and no straps dangling on the wet ground, but I still have a soft spot for the RS for super quick things

Wendy, nothing beats the RS for those quick up and down times! I find that when a front carry is needed I almost always reach for our ring sling. :)

DH wore DS today in his Ergo for a bit this morning. Aiden actually pulled it off of it's hook in the house (how I'm still not quite sure) and brought it to me. Well, I was getting ready for the day still, so DH wore him. Aiden was soooo happy. I don't wear him nearly enough right now apparently. :( I did wear him this afternoon in the RS for about an hour as we looked at cars again. I think we've got it narrowed down, so now we wait for DH to get word on orders before we proceed. He should know something by the end of July at the very latest.

I haven't tried a front carry in the RS since Ronin was tiny, not sure if I could do it, I always have him in a hip carry
