Great photo Leigh! I love little ones that hold onto stuffed animals when they are in carriers! so adorable!

Wendy - that's hard to decide between a carrier and Hypnobabies! Makes sense to get the carrier first though!

mel that's so great about the shopping day out, some ppl are just so wrapped up in their own stuff that they fail to notice that bonuses right in front of them!

jackie that's too funny! not hard to tell he likes it then!

leigh great pic! that peep over the piggy stank eye is too cute lol!

wendy (ange? still learning names!) yay for bonus $$ and great plan to use it on!

haha jade's piggy bank chipped in too for her ergo, we usually spend the cash and transfer $ to her account when it's available (IOU style!) just moved it a little early! and hey i spent her money on her so it's allowed right?!

went to the pool today, LOVE wearing again, she falls asleep after and even my smallest stroller doesn't fit in the locker, and i'm NOT leaving $100+ worth of stroller out for anyone. ran to the store first to get new suit, my legs are killing, did squats to keep her busy waiting for the bus! had tons of compliments, my fav though is the 'OMG there is someone there?' HAHA think blue tooth prank only its a baby wear and no one can see her in the jacket!

Only BWing today was a quick ruck with my wrap (I really need a shorty if I keep rucking ) while DH and I hung pictures downstairs. We are 98% done unpacking and setting up the downstairs. Unfortunately we haven't even opened a single box in our bedroom. Ha ha.

Wait I lied. DH reminded me that I wore DS in my green elephant B'roo SSC to Kmart after dinner tonight. Whoops. Losing my mind already!

I hope it's not the case for you...but if baby-brain was bad for me the first time, it is infinitely worse the second time around!!!!

Huh.
It's actually called the maternity immunisation allowance. I can't afford to pay for each vaccine indivually (they are free on schedule or if needed delayed, but if you just choose to delay it's the full vaccine cost which can run around $400 per vaccine fom what my GP told me) and day care wouldn't take Ronin with out full vaccinations

I find that sad. If I lived there I'd feel like I was being punished for wanting to spread out the vaccines!

Yeah baby-brain for #2 was def. worse! I hope when I get around to #3 that it's not even worse!

Went to a great park this morning - animals, toddler playground, little kid playground, large sand area etc. We had so much fun. I wore Olivia when we walked between each area as well as at the little kid playground (nothing really for her to play on). She was an angel, had so much fun but loved being with mommy too. Love BWing! Oh and I brought the bag I have that goes over my shoulder, wore it under the carrier and it worked great! Thanks Ladies!

wow talk about incentive to use their schedule, we opted for a delayed schedule and really happy that it's all covered. agree with jackie that it seems unfair to punish for delay, is there a problem with ppl not doing it? i can't imagine worse baby brain that must suck! i resorted to lists with everything right done to meals and daily chores that were needed!

cause of mommy/baby brain: (total joke) hormones shift upon body realizing that it must now create life, brain cells are diverted to other tasks and soon burn out leaving one super cell, this one poor lonely brain cell is now dubbed the 'mommy brain' cell, and let me tell you that poor cell gets TIRED! so there you have it! lol!

walked the mall today (west ed mall!) with bug, wore her after lunch for some toy shopping, was out and about with dh's friend who now gets why baby wearing saves lives!!! even though jade was being a pest she was still the best behaved, most easily managed child in the toy section! and i was the only mom in there not pulling hair, literally, we saw two moms pull their hair, take a breathe and start the dealing process over!! his eyes bugged out when he saw my put the ergo on 'what you're going to do that by yourself?' um yeah watch! two seconds later she was up and done he was impressed! heehee he's dating a young lady with a 1 1/2 yr old, he mentioned looking into it for her, she has three older kids! thanks for the tip on the ergo ladies!

It is a pain, I don't want to do the varicella immunisation because I would prefer Ronin to get chicken pox naturally and if by a later age he hadn't had them get it then. I am hearing a lot of teenagers are getting shingles now due to the varicella vaccination. Unfortunatly he has to have it for day care so I have to do it. Poor kid gets two needles instead of 1 this time because they have updated one of them, but the new formulation ( a new strain added IIRC) didn't become available until the week after his 12 month needles.
A workmate is looking more into it as she is going to be overseas when some of her new babies needles are due and what will happen around this because they would be nearly 2 months late by the time they get back.
